This dinner was SOOO Good!!!!  My daughter Sherie, made me this stuffed Spinach & Provolone Pork Tenderloin!  She butterflied the pork roast, filled it with Ham, Spinach and provolone cheese and then rolled it up, tied it, seasoned it, and baked it in a 350 degree F. oven for 30-40 minutes.
